Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree (SAQA NQF Level 7) from an accredited institute.
  • In addition to the above, the student in expected to have a minimum of 1 years of working experience and be at least 22 years of age.


The final assessment mark for each module consists of an assignment (50%) and a written examination (50%). Examinations are written at the end of each semester and conducted by the Mauritius Examination Syndicate (MES)

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the pathway, the student should be able to
  • Identify and solve problems on a management level, demonstrating critical and creative thinking.
  • Conduct and communicate research in organizations and their environment.
  • Develop capacities in people, systems and facilities to meet the strategic goals of the organisation within the context of social needs.
  • Develop integrated planning and control systems to direct the organisation in pursuance of its goals.
